As a rights-based organisation, Ilitha Labantu is committed to upholding the law, acting with integrity and accountability, and ensuring everyone who works with us shares these standards. We encourage anyone with concerns to speak out and report.
Ilitha Labantu is committed to an environment of integrity, honesty, and ethical behavior.
If you suspect or witness any unlawful, abusive, unethical, or fraudulent conduct by any member of staff, volunteer or partner working with us, we want to hear about it.

• Abuse of any kind – physical, sexual, emotional, financial
• Unethical workplace behaviour or discrimination
• Fraud, theft, and corruption
• Bribery or extortion
• Misappropriation or abuse of organisational assets
• Deliberate non-compliance with laws or policies
